The Onebip Tech team will be attending and speaking at this year’s PHP Conference in Verona, Italy from 16 to 17 May 2014.

We’re happy to be part of this conference that’s dedicated solely to PHP development, technologies and management.  PHP Day aims to share new development trends, best practices and success cases related to quality, revision control, test-driven development and continuous integration.

Our very own Onebip developer, Giorgio Sironi, will be joining the international line-up of speakers with his talk: ‘How to test 2 years of behaviour for 16 countries in 4 minutes and 30 seconds’.  Giorgio’s session on Friday (11:00 – 12:00 CET) will look at how the Onebip team wrote fast Behat scenarios that could be verified while running in parallel.  He will run through how they employed time simulation to cover the evolution of user subscriptions in multiple countries and still maintained a test suite that could run at every new commit.
